The Lazys And Junkyard Drive

First gig of September seeing The Lazys with my mucka Tim at the Underworld in Camden.

I heard The Lazys for the first time a few months ago, and with their Aussie AC/DC kind of twang I though it’d be a good one for Tim, so I mentioned it to him and tickets were bought. Added bonus: Tim had never been to the Underworld before (yeah, I know right?) so it was going to be something new for him too.

What a cracking little gig. The Underworld wasn’t full but both Junkyard Drive (Danish) and The Lazys put on a great show for all of us who were there. Lots of energy even though Leon’s voice was beginning to fail him nearing the end of the tour run. We both agreed that Airbourne supported by The Lazys would be an awesome gig!

As ever, great to see Tim again. Roll on WASP and Armored Saint in a few weeks!
